30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Include original packaging and accessories
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Not be personalized or customized items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards

How to Return an Item

  1. Log into your account and go to "Order History"
  2. Find your order and click "Return Items"
  3. Select the items you want to return and reason
  4. Print the prepaid return label
  5. Package the items securely and attach the label
  6. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and process your refund or replacement as soon as possible.
